Rope Rescue Operations/Level 1 Training

HEART 9/11 Rapid Response Team members were at the USS. Battleship NJ in Camden, NJ, and received a 2-day, 20-hour Rope Rescue Operations/Level 1 Training. Instruction was given on the fundamentals of high and low angle rescues in the classroom along with repelling and lowering the victim from the top of the superstructure on the ship. As HEART 9/11 preps for the 2021 Hurricane Season, this training will be invaluable to both volunteers and victims.
