Latke Ladies Luminaires
The Latke Ladies Luminaires are asking for your support to improve the lives of individuals whose lives have been devastated by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. The continuing recovery in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria slowly paces forward.
This year, we have selected the 100Roofs Project, guided by HEART 9/11. By focusing on one project at a time, we can provide a safe home where there was only a blue tarp, and teach valuable skills through the Pre-Apprentice Program. With the experience of reputable organizations such as HEART 9/11, we know our contributions are going where they are intended. Currently, HEART 9/11 is working in Orocovis and Morovis.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 which will cover all labor and materials including the Pre-Apprentice Program to build one roof for one family.
So, when you are thinking of milestone gifts to give… birthdays, anniversaries, great grades in school, make your tax deductible contribution below.
Please give generously, and share our Latke Ladies Luminaire project with friends and family.
Be a Builder…build a roof and teach an apprentice.
Best wishes for a happy holiday season!
