DTCC Veterans BPN Charity Ride to Benefit HEART 9/11
Please join the Veterans BPN in helping to raise funds for HEART 9/11 by participating in a CycleBar class on November 1. We will have riders in Tampa, Jersey City and Dallas who will make individual donations and gather sponsors to support the cause.
CycleBar is a US-based premium indoor cycling franchise, conveniently located within a short distance of our domestic locations. They partner with local organizations to assist with raising donations through their CycleGiving program. Please join us in an exciting and energetic charity ride to support a great cause.
HEART 9/11 is a team of first responders – FDNY, NYPD, PAPD and the NYC Building Trades – that bonded in the aftermath of September 11, 2001 to Respond immediately to natural and man-made disasters. These dedicated individuals help Rebuild community centers in hard-hit areas to meet grass roots needs and Recover by building resiliency for individuals, families and communities.
Their ability to get quickly to impacted areas has, most recently, enabled them to be among the first wave of assistance to victims of Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Michael. Teams of volunteers remain in Puerto Rico assisting the recovery after the devastating effects of Hurricane Maria.
HEART 9/11 is a non-governmental, non-sectarian all volunteer disaster response organization. Contributions to HEART 9/11, a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
