Edward Vincent Danberry is CEO of Group One Investments, LLC, a holding company that operates numerous companies in the aviation, facility services/construction, transportation, security, consulting and computer technology sectors. His experience encompasses many facets of the business world including banking and finance, marketing and sales, operations and distribution management. He has held high level positions in aviation including time with Air California, Continental Airlines and Texas International Airlines and in industry with Johns Manville Corp and Jersey Mortgage Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance-graduating in 1978 from Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado. Ed served in the Army from 1967-1969 with the 2/67th Armored Division and is a Disabled Veteran.

Group One Investments, LLC is a holding company that was formed to consolidate the companies that were started in 1998 with his partner, Ron DeLucia. The company presently has about 250 full time and 800 part time employees and revenues of about $25 million. Group One operates or manages 20 companies and is involved in several Joint Ventures. In addition to the service business, Group One distributes and markets numerous products through its subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Ed serves on or actively participates in the following organizations: GySgt John Basilone Veterans Memorial Parade Committee, H.E.A.R.T 9/11 – Board Member, Hero Campaign – Advisor/Supporter, Hope for the Warriors – Advisor/Supporter, New Jersey Broadcasters Association – Advisor/Supporter, New Jersey Hall of Fame – Board Member and Treasurer, Union County Performing Arts Center – Board Member, UNICI District X – Treasurer and Delegate, UNICO – Raritan Valley Chapter.
