HEART 9/11 Responder 2 Responder Program Suffern, NY

HEART 9/11 members are in Suffern, NY, assisting a retired NYPD couple needing help in their home due to medical issues. The team will be remodeling a second-floor bathroom to accommodate a wheelchair. Work includes a walk-in shower, plumbing, electric, and tiling. Last month the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC) team donated and installed a Stair Chair, allowing access to the second floor. HEART 9/11 is proud to help two of our own.
